All coaching and training services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by MC are meant to help You identify the areas in Your life and in Your thinking that may be preventing You from experiencing greater well-being. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. Coaching, however, can work in conjunction with mental or medical health care. 

The term “coaching,” as used here includes, but is not limited to, life coaching, personal coaching, spiritual coaching, thought/emotional coaching, and relational coaching for clients. 

MC is continually striving to ensure an excellent standard of service that we provide to our clients. MC filters all of our coaching techniques through an authentic Catholic lens. We are discerning with techniques that we provide and aim to aid our clients to live a more integrated, abundant, joy-filled life, and receive their dignity that was given to them by God.

You understand that the coaching services and/or training You will be receiving from MC are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that MC is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional. 

For legal purposes,You understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that MC is not professionally licensed by any United States body even though the sessions may take place in the United States. 

You understand and agree that You am fully responsible for Your well-being during Your coaching and/or training sessions, and subsequently, including Your choices and decisions. 

You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and You will not use it in place of any form of therapy. 

You understand that all comments and ideas offered by MC are solely for the purpose of aiding You in achieving the defined goals You create with MC. You have the ability to give Your informed consent, and hereby give such consent to MC to assist You in achieving such goals and You understand that results are not guaranteed. 

You understand that to the extent our work together involves inter and intrapersonal work, or career, MC is not promising outcomes, including but not limited to, increased well-being, and or career success. 

You understand that MC will protect Your information as confidential unless You state otherwise in writing. If You report child, elder abuse, or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, You understand that necessary actions will be taken and Your confidentiality agreement will be limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if MC is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, MC will do so to the extent the law requires. 

You understand that group coaching calls are recorded and available for members of the MC’s online communities to view now and in the future, and that by participating in group coaching You are agreeing to be recorded and have Your session available for viewing within MC’s online communities. You understand that You will not have any right to demand removal or editing of Your coaching on a group coaching session, and that You are solely responsible for Your own representation and disclosure on group coaching calls. 

You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and You accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technology. 

You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge MC, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, substantial right, demand, or right to compensation for damages You may claim to have or that You may have arising out of, or in connection with, acts or omissions by myself or by MC as a result of the advice given by MC or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. 

You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to You to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind You, Your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

For failed payments MC reserves the right to immediately terminate Your access to respective digital products indefinitely or until such time as You remedy payment deficiencies.

Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card. Where receipts are requested by You, they will be sent by e-mail unless otherwise requested. 

By completing this purchase, You acknowledge and accept that MC uses various Third Party vendors and software to process payments, (i.e. Stripe, Hubspot Payments, Paypal, Shopify, and Quickbooks) and that MC does not retain credit card numbers and banking information. 

Personal information or business information provided by You in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. This information will not be disclosed to a third party without Your prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to You or someone else. 

If You are participating in a recorded group coaching session, You will be notified in advance that the session will be recorded and available for replay on MC membership areas. Participants who participate in group coaching sessions do so in full knowledge that the session will be available for replay, and they are fully responsible for protecting their own privacy with regards to what they share in these sessions. Information disclosed during group coaching sessions will not be treated as confidential, by sharing and participating in a group coaching session You acknowledge this. 

After the group session has been recorded and made available for replay, MC will not modify or take down the replay. 

THE CONTENT WITHIN THE METANOIA CATHOLIC ACADEMY, COACH TRAINING, WEBSITES, AND CATHOLIC COACHING PODCAST IS THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF METANOIA CATHOLIC, LLC. USERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM REPLICATING, REPRODUCING, REPUBLISHING IN DIGITAL OR PRINT FORM, OR RESELLING METANOIA CATHOLIC INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR CONTENT IN ANY MEMBERSHIP, PUBLICATION, OR COACH TRAINING WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF METANOIA CATHOLIC, LLC. 

This contract is governed by U.S. Federal Law, Florida State Law, and Collier County whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.
